Dr. Joshua Kim received his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. He made the cross-town rivalry switch over to USC from the University of California Los Angeles where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychobiology. While at UCLA, he had the unique opportunity to work as a student athletic trainer for the women’s indoor and beach volleyball team, as well as the baseball team. Prior to attending UCLA for undergrad, Josh grew up south of the Bay Area in lovely San Jose, CA, where he was first introduced to physical therapy from the various injuries sustained from playing volleyball and basketball year-round. Since then, he has fallen in love with the sport of golf, which led him to become certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a Medical Provider, which is used to assess a player’s swing characteristics based off a physical readiness screen. In his free time, he loves working on his golf game, volunteering in any capacity, watching (and trying to play) any and all sports, spending time at the beach and trying new restaurants in Los Angeles.
